Ms. Ebisch has litigated cases at all levels in the Colorado court system, including county court, district court, the appellate courts and in the federal courts. She also has litigated cases through arbitration, including AAA arbitration. She has served as an expert witness on attorneys' fee disputes in numerous cases. Some examples of the types of litigation she has handled include the following:

  • A multi-million dollar dispute between a franchisee and franchisor which included a preliminary injunction in federal court and a two-week arbitration hearing;
  • Representation of a private company in a dispute concerning the renewal terms of a commercial lease with a related party;
  • Representation through trial and appeal of a building contractor on a $1 million custom home where numerous disputes arose;
  • Representation of a business owner in a business dissolution process that involved a one-week arbitration hearing;
  • Defense of an entrepreneur sued by a shareholder and family member in federal court;
  • Representation of a church in a legal dispute with a group of parishioners;
  • A lengthy dispute concerning enforcement of a substantial Arizona judgment against the judgment debtor relocated in Colorado.
